Ventaja FC is free football information. It is not a betting service, and nothing in it is advice. These are the terms for using it.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Alejandro Gonzalez, an individual operating Ventaja FC from the United States ("we", "us"). They cover the Ventaja FC iPhone app and the website at ventajafc.com. By using either one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Ventaja FC.
1. What Ventaja FC is
Ventaja FC shows live soccer scores, fixtures, results, standings (including tables we calculate ourselves, such as Argentina's annual table), squads, player pages, statistics, a lineup builder, pre-match research, and statistical model estimates of match outcomes. The app and the website also have Ventaja Chat (the research assistant), which answers questions about matches in plain language. It is an information product, and every feature in this version is free.
2. What Ventaja FC is not — please read this part
We do not accept, place, broker or process bets. No wagering happens here. We hold no funds, take no deposits, pay out nothing, and we do not link you to any sportsbook or betting site.
Nothing in Ventaja FC is betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to stake money. The Predictions tab shows what a mathematical model computes from bookmaker odds and historical data. Words like "pick", "model take", "solid", "strong" or "lean" describe the model's output. They are not instructions, and they are not a promise of what will happen.
We make no earnings claims. We do not claim, promise or imply that using Ventaja FC will make you money, improve your betting results or produce a profit of any kind. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not speaking for us.
No outcome is guaranteed. Sport is uncertain by nature, and the model is regularly wrong. Past accuracy does not predict future accuracy.
Any decision you make is yours alone, and you accept its entire risk. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
3. Eligibility: the 18+ Predictions tab
You must be 18 or older, and somewhere it is lawful to view this content, to use the Predictions tab — which holds the model's predictions, match research and Ventaja Chat. You confirm this yourself the first time you open it. We do not verify your age and we do not collect a date of birth: the confirmation is recorded on your device only, so it is up to you to be truthful. You may not use that tab if the confirmation is untrue.
The rest of Ventaja FC — scores, fixtures, results, standings, teams, players, statistics and the lineup builder — has no age restriction.
4. Responsible play
Gambling can be addictive. If it stops being fun, or you find yourself chasing losses, free and confidential help is available:

5. No accounts
There is no sign-up and nothing to sign in to. Ventaja FC has no accounts, profiles or logins of any kind.
Everything it remembers — your starred teams and players, the lineups you build, your language, the matches you follow, your alert settings, your Ventaja Chat conversations and your 18+ confirmation — is stored on your device. Deleting the app, or clearing this site's data in your browser, erases all of it, and we cannot restore it. The backup code in My Teams is your team list written as text: it is made on your device and never sent to us, so keeping a copy of it is the only way to move your teams to another device. It does not include starred players or lineups.
If you switched on alerts or followed a match, our server also keeps the record described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the app or clearing this site's data does not remove it; the Privacy Policy explains how each record is removed.
Because we cannot identify you, we cannot suspend or close an account. What we can do, and reserve the right to do, is limit, block or refuse service to traffic that abuses, scrapes, overloads or attacks Ventaja FC.
6. Price
This version is free. There is no purchase, subscription or paid tier, and no way to pay inside Ventaja FC; we receive nothing from you.
If we ever offer a paid tier, we will publish updated terms at this address covering price, renewal, cancellation and refunds before anything is offered for sale, and you will be asked to accept them in the app before you can buy. Until then, no billing terms apply to you.
7. Alerts and the Lock Screen banner
On the website, you can ask for alerts about a single match from a phone whose browser supports web alerts. In the iPhone app, you can switch on alerts for your starred teams and follow a match on your Lock Screen. Delivery depends on Apple's push service (iPhone) or your browser's push service (website), and on your own device and connection.
Alerts are best-effort: they can be late, duplicated or never arrive, and one that cannot be delivered within about fifteen minutes is dropped. A Lock Screen banner can stop updating while iOS has the app paused. Do not rely on an alert or a banner to tell you a match has started, a goal was scored or a match has ended. You can switch alerts off and unfollow matches at any time; the Privacy Policy describes what we store and how it is removed.
8. The fixtures calendar
If you subscribe to the fixtures calendar, the app builds a link that contains the ids of your starred teams. That link is not password-protected — anyone who has it can see the same fixture list — so treat it as private. Once you subscribe, your calendar provider's servers fetch it about twice a day for as long as the subscription exists. To stop it, delete the subscription in your calendar app.
9. Ventaja Chat (the research assistant)
Ventaja Chat answers questions from Ventaja FC's own match data. Its answers are worded by AI (Claude, a language model made by Anthropic): every question you ask it is sent to Anthropic, and a one-time notice says so before your first question goes. Answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Like everything in Ventaja FC, they are information, not advice. Do not type personal details into it: what you write is sent to our server and to Anthropic to produce the answer, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Data and third-party content
Match data, odds and images come from third parties, chiefly API-SPORTS. We do not warrant that any of it is accurate, complete or current: feeds are sometimes late or wrong, and a score shown here is never an official record. Do not rely on Ventaja FC as the authoritative source for any match.
Match research shows prices published by bookmakers: the best price on offer across the bookmakers we track, and how many of them there are. It never names a bookmaker. These prices are an input to the model and a comparison with it. Showing a price is not an endorsement of any bookmaker, an invitation to bet, or a claim that the price is still available. We have no commercial relationship, affiliate arrangement or referral agreement with any bookmaker, and we are paid nothing for showing their prices.
Club crests, league marks, competition names, player names and player photos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. Copies of club crests, competition logos and flags are stored on our servers; player photos load straight from the data provider's image server to your device. This includes lineups you build, which stay on your device. We claim no affiliation with, endorsement by or sponsorship from any club, league, competition, player or bookmaker.
Rights holders: if you own a crest, logo, photo or other material shown in Ventaja FC and want it removed or replaced, email ventajafc@gmail.com with the subject "Rights". We aim to act within 48 hours.
11. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the data; do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service; and do not use it where that is unlawful. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Ventaja FC for your own non-commercial use. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
12. Availability
Ventaja FC is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time. We do not promise uptime and, because it is free, we owe you no service level.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Ventaja FC or reliance on anything in it — including a wrong score, a missed or late alert, a Ventaja Chat answer, or a model estimate that did not come in. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to USD 50. You have paid us nothing for this version.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
14. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any purchase price — which is zero for this version — and, to the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to the app are our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. This section is required by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to you.
15. Changes
We may change these terms. Changes will be posted here with a new date and, where a material change affects the Predictions tab, you will be asked to accept it in the app before you continue. If we ever add accounts or a paid tier, we will publish updated terms at this same address before those features can be used.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
17. General
Assignment. We may transfer these terms, and our rights and duties under them, to a company we control or to a successor that takes over Ventaja FC, such as a limited liability company formed to run it. You may not transfer yours.
Severability. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in force.
Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and, for the iPhone app, Apple's standard licence agreement are the whole agreement between you and us about Ventaja FC, and they replace any earlier version.
No waiver. If we do not enforce part of these terms, we keep the right to enforce it later.

These terms describe the website and version 1.0 of the iPhone app. They are published in English and Spanish; if the two versions ever differ, the English version applies.
Estos Términos de uso son un acuerdo entre tú y Alejandro Gonzalez, una persona física que opera Ventaja FC desde los Estados Unidos (“nosotros”). Cubren la app de Ventaja FC para iPhone y el sitio web ventajafc.com. Al usar cualquiera de los dos, los aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses Ventaja FC.
1. Qué es Ventaja FC
Ventaja FC muestra marcadores de fútbol en vivo, próximos partidos, resultados, tablas (incluidas tablas que calculamos nosotros mismos, como la tabla anual de Argentina), plantillas, páginas de jugadores, estadísticas, un creador de alineaciones, análisis previos a los partidos y estimaciones de un modelo estadístico sobre los resultados de los partidos. La app para iPhone y el sitio web también tienen Ventaja Chat (el asistente de análisis), que responde preguntas sobre los partidos en lenguaje sencillo. Es un producto de información, y todas las funciones de esta versión son gratuitas.
2. Lo que Ventaja FC no es — por favor, lee esta parte
No aceptamos, colocamos, intermediamos ni procesamos apuestas. Aquí no se hacen apuestas. No custodiamos fondos, no recibimos depósitos, no pagamos nada y no incluimos enlaces a ninguna casa de apuestas ni sitio de apuestas.
Nada en Ventaja FC es un consejo de apuestas, un consejo financiero ni una recomendación para apostar dinero. La pestaña Predicciones muestra lo que calcula un modelo matemático a partir de las cuotas de las casas de apuestas y de datos históricos. Palabras como “pronóstico”, “lectura del modelo”, “sólida”, “fuerte” o “ligera” describen el resultado del modelo. No son instrucciones ni una promesa de lo que va a pasar.
No hacemos afirmaciones sobre ganancias. No afirmamos, prometemos ni damos a entender que usar Ventaja FC te hará ganar dinero, mejorará tus resultados en las apuestas ni te dará ganancias de ningún tipo. Quien te diga lo contrario no habla en nuestro nombre.
Ningún resultado está garantizado. El deporte es incierto por naturaleza, y el modelo se equivoca con frecuencia. La precisión del pasado no predice la del futuro.
Cualquier decisión que tomes es solo tuya, y asumes todo el riesgo. Nunca apuestes dinero que no puedas permitirte perder.
3. Requisitos: la pestaña Predicciones (18+)
Para usar la pestaña Predicciones —que contiene las predicciones del modelo, el análisis de los partidos y Ventaja Chat— debes tener 18 años o más y estar en un lugar donde sea legal ver este contenido. Tú mismo lo confirmas la primera vez que la abres. No verificamos tu edad ni recopilamos tu fecha de nacimiento: la confirmación se guarda solo en tu dispositivo, así que depende de ti decir la verdad. No puedes usar esa pestaña si lo que confirmaste no es cierto.
El resto de Ventaja FC —marcadores, próximos partidos, resultados, tablas, equipos, jugadores, estadísticas y el creador de alineaciones— no tiene restricción de edad.
4. Juego responsable
El juego puede crear adicción. Si deja de ser divertido, o te ves intentando recuperar lo que perdiste, hay ayuda gratuita y confidencial:

5. Sin cuentas
No tienes que registrarte ni iniciar sesión en nada. Ventaja FC no tiene cuentas, perfiles ni inicios de sesión de ningún tipo.
Todo lo que recuerda —tus equipos y jugadores marcados con estrella, las alineaciones que armas, tu idioma, los partidos que sigues, tus ajustes de avisos, tus conversaciones en Ventaja Chat y tu confirmación de 18+— se guarda en tu dispositivo. Si eliminas la app, o borras los datos de este sitio en tu navegador, se borra todo y no podemos recuperarlo. El código de copia de Mis Equipos es tu lista de equipos escrita como texto: se crea en tu dispositivo y nunca se nos envía, así que guardar una copia de ese código es la única forma de pasar tus equipos a otro dispositivo. No incluye los jugadores marcados ni las alineaciones.
Si activaste avisos o seguiste un partido, nuestro servidor también guarda el registro que se describe en la Política de privacidad. Eliminar la app o borrar los datos de este sitio no lo quita; la Política de privacidad explica cómo se borra cada registro.
Como no podemos identificarte, no podemos suspender ni cerrar una cuenta. Lo que sí podemos hacer, y nos reservamos el derecho de hacer, es limitar, bloquear o negar el servicio al tráfico que abuse de Ventaja FC, extraiga sus datos de forma automatizada, lo sobrecargue o lo ataque.
6. Precio
Esta versión es gratuita. No hay compras, suscripciones ni planes de pago, y no hay forma de pagar dentro de Ventaja FC; no recibimos nada de ti.
Si algún día ofrecemos un plan de pago, antes de poner algo a la venta publicaremos en esta dirección términos actualizados sobre el precio, la renovación, la cancelación y los reembolsos, y se te pedirá que los aceptes en la app antes de poder comprar. Hasta entonces, no se te aplica ninguna condición de facturación.
7. Avisos y el banner de la pantalla de bloqueo
En el sitio web, puedes pedir avisos de un solo partido desde un teléfono cuyo navegador admita avisos web. En la app para iPhone, puedes activar los avisos de tus equipos marcados y seguir un partido en tu pantalla de bloqueo. La entrega depende del servicio de notificaciones push de Apple (iPhone) o del servicio de notificaciones push de tu navegador (sitio web), y de tu propio dispositivo y conexión.
Hacemos lo posible por entregar los avisos, pero no lo garantizamos: pueden llegar tarde, llegar repetidos o no llegar nunca, y un aviso que no se pueda entregar en unos quince minutos se descarta. El banner de la pantalla de bloqueo puede dejar de actualizarse mientras iOS tiene la app en pausa. No dependas de un aviso ni de un banner para saber que un partido empezó, que se marcó un gol o que un partido terminó. Puedes desactivar los avisos y dejar de seguir partidos en cualquier momento; la Política de privacidad explica qué guardamos y cómo se elimina.
8. El calendario de partidos
Si te suscribes al calendario de partidos, la app crea un enlace que contiene los identificadores de tus equipos marcados. Ese enlace no está protegido con contraseña —cualquiera que lo tenga puede ver la misma lista de partidos—, así que trátalo como privado. Una vez que te suscribes, los servidores de tu proveedor de calendario lo consultan unas dos veces al día mientras exista la suscripción. Para detenerlo, elimina la suscripción en tu app de calendario.
9. Ventaja Chat (el asistente de análisis)
Ventaja Chat responde preguntas con los datos de partidos propios de Ventaja FC. Sus respuestas las redacta una IA (Claude, un modelo de lenguaje de Anthropic): cada pregunta que le haces se envía a Anthropic, y un aviso que aparece una sola vez lo explica antes de que salga tu primera pregunta. Las respuestas pueden estar incompletas, desactualizadas o equivocadas. Como todo en Ventaja FC, son información, no consejos. No escribas datos personales en él: lo que escribes se envía a nuestro servidor y a Anthropic para producir la respuesta, como se explica en la Política de privacidad.
10. Datos y contenido de terceros
Los datos de los partidos, las cuotas y las imágenes vienen de terceros, principalmente API-SPORTS. No garantizamos que nada de eso sea preciso, completo ni actualizado: a veces los datos llegan tarde o tienen errores, y un marcador que se muestra aquí nunca es un registro oficial. No confíes en Ventaja FC como fuente definitiva sobre ningún partido.
El análisis del partido muestra cuotas publicadas por las casas de apuestas: la mejor cuota disponible entre las casas que seguimos y cuántas son. Nunca nombra a ninguna casa de apuestas. Estas cuotas son un dato para el modelo y un punto de comparación con él. Mostrar una cuota no es un respaldo a ninguna casa de apuestas, ni una invitación a apostar, ni una afirmación de que esa cuota siga disponible. No tenemos ninguna relación comercial, acuerdo de afiliados ni acuerdo de referidos con ninguna casa de apuestas, y no se nos paga nada por mostrar sus cuotas.
Los escudos de los clubes, las marcas de las ligas, los nombres de las competiciones, los nombres de los jugadores y sus fotos pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños y se muestran solo para identificarlos. Guardamos copias de los escudos de los clubes, los logos de las competiciones y las banderas en nuestros servidores; las fotos de los jugadores se cargan directamente en tu dispositivo desde el servidor de imágenes del proveedor de datos. Esto incluye las alineaciones que armas, que se quedan en tu dispositivo. No afirmamos tener ninguna afiliación con ningún club, liga, competición, jugador ni casa de apuestas, ni contar con su respaldo o patrocinio.
Titulares de derechos: si eres titular de un escudo, logo, foto u otro material que aparece en Ventaja FC y quieres que lo quitemos o lo reemplacemos, escribe a ventajafc@gmail.com con el asunto «Rights». Intentamos resolverlo en un plazo de 48 horas.
11. Uso aceptable
No extraigas los datos de forma automatizada (scraping), no los descargues en masa, no los revendas ni los redistribuyas; no ataques ni sobrecargues el servicio, ni le apliques ingeniería inversa; y no lo uses donde sea ilegal. Te otorgamos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar Ventaja FC con fines propios y no comerciales. La app se te concede bajo licencia; no se te vende.
12. Disponibilidad
Ventaja FC se ofrece «tal cual» y puede interrumpirse, cambiar o dejar de ofrecerse en cualquier momento. No prometemos que esté siempre disponible y, como es gratuito, no te debemos ningún nivel de servicio.
13. Exención de garantías y limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida que permita la ley, excluimos toda garantía, expresa o implícita, incluidas las de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin determinado y no infracción.
No somos responsables de ninguna pérdida por apuestas, pérdida de ganancias ni daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo que resulte de tu uso de Ventaja FC o de haber confiado en algo de su contenido, incluidos un marcador equivocado, un aviso que no llegó o llegó tarde, una respuesta de Ventaja Chat o una estimación del modelo que no se cumplió. Cuando la responsabilidad no pueda excluirse, nuestra responsabilidad total frente a ti se limita a USD 50. No nos has pagado nada por esta versión.
Nada de lo que se dice aquí excluye la responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse legalmente, incluidos los derechos como consumidor que tengas en tu país de residencia.
14. Apple
Apple no es parte de estos términos y no es responsable de la app ni de su contenido. Apple no tiene ninguna obligación de ofrecer mantenimiento ni soporte para ella. Si la app no cumple con alguna garantía aplicable, puedes notificarlo a Apple y Apple te reembolsará el precio de compra que hayas pagado —que en esta versión es cero— y, en la máxima medida que permita la ley, Apple no tendrá ninguna otra obligación de garantía de ningún tipo. Cualquier otra reclamación, pérdida, responsabilidad, daño, costo o gasto atribuible a la app es responsabilidad nuestra, no de Apple. Apple y sus subsidiarias son terceros beneficiarios de estos términos y pueden hacerlos valer frente a ti. Esta sección la exige el Contrato de licencia de usuario final de Apple para aplicaciones con licencia (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), que también se aplica a ti.
15. Cambios
Podemos cambiar estos términos. Los cambios se publicarán aquí con una nueva fecha y, cuando un cambio importante afecte a la pestaña Predicciones, se te pedirá que lo aceptes en la app antes de continuar. Si algún día agregamos cuentas o un plan de pago, publicaremos términos actualizados en esta misma dirección antes de que esas funciones puedan usarse.
16. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Florida, Estados Unidos, sin tener en cuenta las normas sobre conflicto de leyes, y los tribunales del condado de Miami-Dade, Florida, tienen jurisdicción exclusiva, salvo cuando las normas obligatorias de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia te den derecho a presentar una reclamación donde vives.
17. Disposiciones generales
Cesión. Podemos ceder estos términos, con nuestros derechos y obligaciones, a una empresa que controlemos o a quien se haga cargo de Ventaja FC, como una sociedad de responsabilidad limitada creada para operarlo. Tú no puedes ceder los tuyos.
Divisibilidad. Si un tribunal declara inaplicable alguna parte de estos términos, esa parte se limita a lo mínimo necesario y el resto sigue vigente.
Acuerdo completo. Estos términos, la Política de privacidad y, en el caso de la app para iPhone, el contrato de licencia estándar de Apple son el acuerdo completo entre tú y nosotros sobre Ventaja FC, y reemplazan cualquier versión anterior.
Sin renuncia. Si no exigimos que se cumpla alguna parte de estos términos, conservamos el derecho de exigirlo más adelante.
