These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Alejandro Gonzalez, an individual operating Ventaja FC from the United States ("we", "us"). They cover the Ventaja FC iPhone app and the website at ventajafc.com. By using either one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Ventaja FC shows live soccer scores, fixtures, results, standings, squads, statistics, and statistical model estimates of match outcomes. It is an information product. Every feature in this version is free.
We do not accept, place, broker, or process bets. No wagering happens here. We hold no funds, take no deposits, pay out nothing, and we do not link you to any sportsbook or betting site.
Nothing in this app is betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to stake money. The Predictions tab shows what a mathematical model computes from bookmaker odds and historical data. Words like "pick", "value", "strong" or "lean" describe the model's output. They are not instructions and not a prediction of what will happen.
We make no earnings claims. We do not claim, promise, or imply that using this app will make you money, improve your betting results, or produce a profit of any kind. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not speaking for us.
No outcome is guaranteed. Sport is uncertain by nature. The model is regularly wrong, and we publish an Accuracy tab specifically so you can see how wrong. Past accuracy does not predict future accuracy.
Any decision you make is yours alone, and you accept the entire risk of it. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
You must be 18 or older to use the Predictions and Research features (21+ where your state or country sets that age). You must also be somewhere it is lawful to view this content. You confirm this yourself the first time you open one of those tabs. We do not verify your age and we do not collect a date of birth — the confirmation is recorded on your device only, so it is on you to be truthful. You may not use those features if the confirmation is untrue.
The rest of the app — scores, fixtures, results, standings, teams, statistics — has no age restriction.

There is no sign-up and nothing to sign in to. Ventaja FC does not have accounts, profiles, or logins of any kind.
Everything the app remembers — your starred teams, language, theme, alert settings, and your 18+ confirmation — is stored on your device. Deleting the app (or clearing site data on the website) erases all of it, and we cannot restore it. The "backup code" in My Teams is simply your own team list encoded as text; it is produced on your device and never sent to us, so keeping a copy of it is the only way to move your favourites to another device.
Because we cannot identify you, we cannot suspend or terminate an account. What we can do, and reserve the right to do, is rate-limit, block, or refuse service to traffic that abuses, scrapes, overloads, or attacks the service.
This version is free. There is no purchase, no subscription, no paid tier, and no in-app payment of any kind. The app contains no billing code and we receive nothing from you.
If we later ship a paid tier (Predictions Pro), we will publish updated terms at this URL covering price, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds before anything is offered for sale, and you will be asked to acknowledge them in the app before you can buy. Until that happens, no billing terms apply to you.
If you turn on match alerts, delivery depends on Apple's Push Notification service (on iPhone) or your browser's push service (on the website), and on your own device and network. Alerts are best-effort: they can be late, duplicated, or never arrive at all, and undelivered alerts are discarded after about fifteen minutes. Do not rely on an alert to tell you a match has started, a goal was scored, or a match has ended. You can turn alerts off at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what we store and how it is removed.
If you subscribe to the fixtures calendar, the app builds a link that contains the ID numbers of your starred teams. That link is not protected by a password — anyone who has it can see the same fixture list, so treat it as private. Once you subscribe, your calendar provider (their servers, not just your phone) fetches the link roughly twice a day for as long as the subscription exists. We store nothing when it does. Remove it by deleting the subscription in your own calendar app.
Match data, odds and imagery are supplied by third parties, chiefly API-SPORTS. We do not warrant that any of it is accurate, complete, or current — feeds are late and wrong sometimes, and a score shown here is never an official record. Do not rely on this app as the authoritative source for any match.
The Research tab displays prices published by bookmakers as an input to and a comparison for the model. Showing a price is not an endorsement of that bookmaker, an invitation to bet with them, or a claim that the price is currently available. We have no commercial relationship, affiliate arrangement, or referral agreement with any bookmaker, and we are paid nothing for showing their prices.
Club crests, league marks, competition names and player images belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. Some of them load directly from the data provider's image servers to your device. We claim no affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any club, league, competition, player, or bookmaker.
Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the data; do not attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; do not use it where it is unlawful. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time. We do not promise uptime, and because the app is free we owe you no service level.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on anything in it — including a wrong score, a missed or late alert, or a model estimate that did not come in. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to USD 50. You have paid us nothing for this version.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any purchase price — which is zero for this version — and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to the app are our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. This section is required by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to you.
We may change these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where the change affects Predictions or Research, acknowledged in the app before you continue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Florida], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of [COUNTY, Florida] have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to sue locally.
