My teams disappeared
Your teams live on your device, not on a server, so clearing this site's data or deleting the app erases them. If you saved a backup code, open Live → My Teams → Calendar and backup (the calendar icon), paste the code under Back up your teams and tap Restore. With no teams starred, tap I have a backup code on the Live tab instead; if you dismissed that card, star any team first and the My Teams button appears.
How do I move my teams to another phone?
On the old device, open Live → My Teams → Calendar and backup and tap Copy code. On the new one, tap I have a backup code on the Live tab (if you dismissed that card, star any team, then open My Teams → Calendar and backup), paste the code and tap Restore. The code covers your teams only: starred players and saved lineups stay on the device where you made them.
Where did Stats go?
Stats now sit right next to each table. Open Standings, pick a competition and tap Stats for its leaders in goals, assists, ratings and cards.
I don't see the Follow bell on a match
Match alerts on the website need a phone whose browser supports web notifications, such as Chrome on Android. On an iPhone, add Ventaja FC to your Home Screen first (Share → Add to Home Screen) and open it from there. The Follow bell isn't offered on computers. When you tap it, allow notifications if your phone asks.
Scores look stale
Scores stream over a live connection, shown by the small dot beside the live-match count at the top right: green when connected, yellow while reconnecting, red when the connection has dropped. It reconnects by itself, and straight away when you reopen the app.
A lineup, statistic or score looks wrong
Match data comes from a third-party provider and sometimes lags or errs, especially in smaller competitions — a lineup posted late, or a player's season total that counts a match they didn't play. Email me the match or the player and what you expected, and I'll check whether the problem is upstream or ours.
Where is Ventaja Chat?
In the Predictions tab, in the app and on the website. Answers are built from Ventaja's own match data and worded by AI. Answers can be wrong.
Match research closed at kickoff
Match research is a pre-match briefing, so it closes when the match starts. During the match, the model's live read is under Predictions.
Where are my lineups and starred players kept?
On your device only; nothing is uploaded. Clearing this site's data or deleting the app erases them, and the backup code doesn't include them.
Kickoff times look off
Times are shown in your device's time zone, which you can check in Settings → Match times. If they look wrong, check the time zone set on your device.
Why do I have to confirm I'm 18+?
Only the Predictions tab asks, because it shows model estimates built from bookmaker odds. Scores, standings, teams, players and lineups never ask.
How accurate are the predictions?
They are estimates from a statistical model built on bookmaker odds and past results, and they are often wrong. Every prediction is graded against the final result. Treat them as a second opinion, never as advice: Ventaja FC doesn't take bets, hold money or link to any sportsbook.

Ventaja FC aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA: it works with a keyboard and screen readers, and respects reduced motion. Some parts may still fall short. If something gets in your way, email me and tell me where.

Found a security problem? Tell me first.
Ventaja FC is built and run by one person and has no bug-bounty budget, but every report is read and answered. If you find a vulnerability — especially anything touching the alert records, the push endpoints or the API at api.ventajafc.com — email it before you tell anyone else, and give me a reasonable window to fix it.
There are no user accounts and no payments, so there are no passwords or card details to take. Please don't run automated scans that slow the service down for real fans: a proof of concept is enough.
