Favourites live on your device, not on a server, so clearing the app's data or reinstalling erases them. There is a backup code in Settings — it encodes your list as text you can save and paste back in, on this device or another one.
Check three things, in order. Notifications must be allowed for Ventaja FC in the iPhone Settings app; alerts must be switched on inside the app's own Settings; and you must have at least one team starred, because alerts are per team. If iOS has denied notifications, the app cannot re-ask — that toggle only exists in the system Settings app.
The app streams live updates over a persistent connection. If that drops, the header shows a disconnected state and reconnects on its own. Reopening the app forces it immediately.
Match data comes from a third-party provider and occasionally lags or errs, particularly for smaller competitions. If something is wrong, send the fixture and what you expected, and I will check whether it is upstream or ours.
They are model estimates, not advice, and no outcome is certain. The app does not take wagers, hold money, or link to any sportsbook.
The privacy policy describes exactly what the app collects, which is very little and mostly nothing that leaves your device. The terms cover use of the app.
